Looking for Wildlife Resort Manager at Mudumalai .

As manager of a wildlife resort the person should take care of overall operation of the entire resort in order to ensure guest satisfaction and smooth functioning of the resort.

The Main responsibilities include -

• Welcoming Guests and have regular positive contact with guests throughout their stay and make their stay as comfortable as possible.
• Supervision of cooking / house keeping.
• Purchasing of required products, groceries and stock keeping.
• Monitoring overall resort expenditure and completing daily / weekly accounts
• Identify and recommend areas of improvement.
• Ensuring the resort stays within budget.
• Manage, train and motivate staff
• Co-ordinate with booking office
• Report to owners on daily basis
• Liasioning with public / government officials as required
• Overall responsibility for the smooth and profitable operation of the resort

Qualification:

Good communication skills, ability to speak English and Tamil. Education related to hotel / tourism / hospitality management. Prefer Young, Dynamic persons with willingness to work hard and contribute to the improvement of the resort.Freshers are also welcome.

Salary and Perks:

10000 to 12000 depending upon experience and attitude.
Boarding and lodging provided.
